This year the shortest day is 7:29:56 on the 21st of the 12th 2025. High Noon is at 12:23, Rise at 8:38 and Set at 16:08. This is the longest night - Manannán's gift of wild Boar to Dagda is exactly due south at true midnight 00:23 above Betelgeuse (also known as Gemini). May there be plenty for everyone's need and may everyone fell warmth and love. Happy Geimhreadh to All.

In the image above you see the Full Moon at 8pm over Tara as ceremony begins. The first to rise is the Pleiades / An Stroílín / the 7 sisters and then the ice blue planet Uranus which is not visible to the naked eye. Next is the Moon itself followed by the eye of the Bull Tarbh. Then Dagda / Orion and the great giant star Betelgeuse is followed by Jupiter who may appear very bright if no clouds obscure the view.
The actual Moonrise begins at 15:40 in daylight and at 17:50 in darkness - the Moon and the 7 sisters and the eye of the Bull begin to appear... by 20:00 the skyscape will be like the image above. Enjoy! On walking the Path of or to Enlightenment, each of us must first become a Seeker of Enlightenment. We may only start to walk our own Path from where we are at in time and space, so remember that moment of choice.
As a Seeker, you must keep searching until you eventually find and decide on a Path to walk. Then, the need to find a Guide becomes evident and so the Seeker becomes a Student on a Path with a Guide. As the Student gains personal real time knowledge and actual hands on experience - then wisdom may emerge. With higher wisdom that Seeker may be seen by others as walking the path of the Ard Druí... When you are ready... you’ll know. https://www.celticdruidtemple.com/sli-an-drui-online-course.html Our moonthly newsletter with details of tomorrow's Full Moon ceremony is now online, you can read it at this link: https://mailchi.mp/440d12b73b02/gaelicculture-21072585...
