You can help the Celtic Druids to grow a future by taking part in our 'Woodland Meitheal'. We have over 10,000 native broadleaf saplings to tend to and we need your help as a volunteer or a sponsor. We want to show the system that a new forest can be established without the use of chemicals by involving people in a real 'hands-on' weed control movement.
The 'no chemical' method means we simply hold the top of the tree and fold weeds away from the young trees by the careful use of the boot, giving breathing space for the young tree spirit to grow. Our 'logo' for this Woodland Meitheal is symbolised by a partnership 'Oak Leaf Hand Shake' symbolising an agreement between humans and the standing ones that we depend on so much.
