We must identify the heads of the financial corporations who profit from the deliberate deforestation of the Amazon. Their front men are the puppet politicians who facilitate them but the unrestrained greed of those who make big profits from exporting and importing beef, poultry, and soy from Brazil are the true cause of these huge forest fires. It is inappropriate for media opinion to blame the poor farmers or poor loggers as they only seek day to day survival. It is the commercial profit policies of the export / import food chain that is the true problem and if left unregulated by global awareness of the true ecological impact of their greed; their policies will continue until no forest remains and there is no profit left to be extracted.
Suspend international food trade
China, the European Union, and the United States import much of their beef, poultry, and soy from Brazil. They must suspend their international food trade policies with Brazil. The Mercursor bilateral trade talks which seek to force beef from Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay onto supermarket and fast food outlets in Ireland and Europe must be suspended immediately. The entire world must urgently review the true ecological / environmental impact of such trade. Ireland does not need beef from Brazil as we can grow enough beef for ourselves and surplus for export without need to burn any forest. This very quickly removes the profit incentive for deliberate forest fires to create short term beef grazing.
Political puppets of the bigfood cartels
The political puppets of the bigfood cartels who dismantled governance and neutralized regulatory bodies in Brazil that facilitated the deliberate forest fires did so for personal glory and gain. We must name and shame these greedy uncaring profiteers, that means the people who make huge profit at the top of the export and import cartels. When China, the European Union, and the United States stop buying low grade fast food from Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay it will automatically dismantle the profit mechanism for the beef, poultry, and soy cartels very quickly. Then we can restore protections for the Amazon and begin cooperation for the deliberate reforestation of the entire planet.
Find the cause – fix the problem
In the short and medium term – the Oxygen producing rainforests of our world are seriously compromised and Oxygen levels in the atmosphere have drastically fallen and will continue to fall. This is about the current fires in the Amazon, the fires in Siberia, the commercial deforestation in Oceania and that we now have very little mature forest left anywhere on planet Earth. Growing new native forests must be a planned global initiative that observes all ecological impacts / benefits while denying corporate profits. But, it will take many years before these new forests will restore the Oxygen production to sufficiently repair the current Oxygen deficiency. During this period – (if allowed) the global warming / cooling / climate change scam will seek to increase tax on the low paid shifting blame from the cause to the victim. Media opinion will promote this shifting of blame and attach guilt to the consumption of beef with another tax but none of these taxation scams will fix the problem. Media opinion refers to the rainforests as the “lungs of this planet” but this is disinformation as lungs consume Oxygen releasing CO2 when the truth is that our rainforests produce Oxygen while consuming CO2.
Very little fossil Oxygen left
We are drowning in an atmosphere that is deficient in its Oxygen content and this is affecting us in many ways. We have very little fossil Oxygen left in our atmosphere. Two hundred years of industrial revolution have basically mined our atmosphere of its Oxygen content. This is very serious because we have also destroyed the Oxygen producing rainforests as well. So, the problem is: we have run out of Oxygen; we have destroyed our forests, the source of new Oxygen.
The destruction of our rainforests has destroyed our source of Oxygen production and the only place we can now harvest the Oxygen from is the fossil AIR, this is the huge problem and we are in big trouble. As we consume the fossil Oxygen we do not really notice the levels dropping. I suggest that the best way to see this invisible reality is to consider ourselves as goldfish swimming at the bottom of the bowl and the level of water is constantly dropping but we do not see it because we are swimming at the bottom of the bowl...
Hemp cultivation creates Oxygen
The Oxygen % of our atmosphere needs urgent repair because of the fire damage to the Amazon rainforests that are a major part of the Oxygen production for this planet. The immediate short term repair requires a focused and determined global response. One acre of Hemp absorbs 10 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere while giving us 10 tons of Oxygen. Hemp grows fast and with two crops a year easily achievable in hotter climates one acre can absorb 20 tons of CO2 and give us 20 tons of Oxygen every year. Hemp has huge benefits for humankind but was criminalised by bigoil for commercial reasons – this corporate commercial 'criminalisation' can be undone overnight.
We, the people of the land must make this decision, not corporations or their puppets. We must grow Hemp to breathe Oxygen rich air, we must respect Nature as supreme being and comprehend, copy and compliment Nature.
